JT-Series Acme Screw Jacks

Acme Screw Jack offers a low-cost solution to a wide variety of industrial lifting, lowering, pushing and pulling applications. Available in twelve sizes, these worm gear screw jacks feature a self-locking acme screw and can be ordered with a number of options and configurations, the most basic including Translating, Keyed or Rotating designs. Acme Screw Jacks: Broad, strong Acme threads make these screw jacks better than ball screw jacks for heavy loads, intermittent positioning applications, and where vibration is present. Screw jacks come assembled, threaded, and ready for hookup. Connect a motor or hand-crank shaft to the screw jack shaft to lift, hold, position, and level loads. Travel distance per turn, also known as screw lead, is the distance a load moves with one revolution of the shaft.

2. Translating and Rotating Screw configurations, Anti-rotation (keyed) design option.
3. Three Gear ratios and single screw leads as standard. Customized double screw leads.
4. The acme screw jacks can be connected together in systems so that multiple units can be operated and controlled together.
